The Maverick Tall Ugg boots have a beautiful Nappa leather finish, and sit just under the knee.They are water resistant to a certain extent and are able to handle rainy weather better than regular ugg boots. However, they are not completely waterproof and  should not act as a substitute to waterproof footwear.
